Are you ready to lead a new way of working Lead some of the biggest global innovations across Kraft Heinz Create new capabilities that reinvent how we innovate As part of Global Innovation you will be a part of building both what we bring to market and how we do it that will be game changers for Kraft Heinz and the food industry as a whole.
This role will sit in the Growth Office on the Global Innovation team and be responsible for pioneering new agile innovation methodologies to bring consumer driven innovation to market. You will work with restaurant operators and their consumers to create the next generation of Heinz offerings in a restaurant setting. The Senior Brand Manager Away from Home Global Innovation will be the leader of a small focused cross functional team charged with bringing new products to life under our flagship Heinz brand that are relevant to consumers across the global and can be scaled for outsized impact.
This position requires a candidate that is a selfstarter strategic thinker and creative problem solver. If you consider yourself a master stakeholder manager able to influence to drive results this position is for you. Our approach to innovation is new within the growth organization so the individual needs to be flexible have a growth mindset and be comfortable with ambiguity. To be successful you will require a high level of collaboration with the business units and cross functional team to develop the strategy and execute the launch. This individual will support the endtoend direction from creating the vision & pipeline building out the product or business model all the way through inmarket experiments and ultimately launch. $137400..00 USD
Bonus This position is eligible for a performancebased bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidates geographic region jobrelated knowledge skills and experience among other factors
