About The Role
Ventiahave been engaged by theDJCS (Department of Justice and Community Safety)to provide integrated Facility Management services incorporating planned preventive and reactive maintenance services ad hoc services and soft services including cleaning ground pest and waste streams.
Ventia are seekingGrounds Person TAto work on ourDepartment of Justice & Community Safetycontractlocated out of theCherry CreekFacility (Little River).
This is a fulltime permenant position with the hours of work ofMonday Friday from 7:00am3:00pmwith an hourly rate of$36.07 per hour Super.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver high quality gardening including weeding pruning spraying planting mulching and rubbish removal
- Mowing
- Applying chemicals and sprays
- Use a range of horticulture equipment
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in gardening or other horticultural positions
- Drivers Licence
- Experience in using minor tools and equipment
As a part of the recruitment process you will be asked to obtain an Australian Police check and a PreEmployment Assessment as part of our background checks.
