Primary Responsibilities May Include:
Providing holistic highquality care to patients in all stages of labor delivery and postpartum recovery
Monitoring fetal heart tones and maternal vital signs administering medications and assisting with pain management
Collaborating with physicians midwives and healthcare team members to ensure safe and smooth deliveries
Educating patients and families on prenatal and postpartum care
Maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with facility standards
Qualifications:
Active unrestricted RN license in any U.S. state
Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience
Current BLS and ACLS certifications (NRP also preferred or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication assessment and patientadvocacy skills
U.S. Citizenship required (due to federal contract regulations)
