Educator Entrepreneurship & Leadership (m/w/x) 32h / WeekYour mission
Manage and implement educational programs:Take ownership of the full lifecycle of educational offerings in the context of entrepreneurship and leadership education: from planning and logistics to facilitation and stakeholder coordination. You ensure smooth and an excellent participant experience in both German and/or English formats.
Design and deliver transformative learning experiences:As a passionate trainer and facilitator you will design and lead workshops deliver impactful coaching sessions and facilitate dynamic learning experiences in entrepreneurship and leadership.
Enhance quality and scale with intention:Continuously improve our tools methods and learning formats through iteration and evaluation. You identify ways to increase efficiency and expand our reach while staying true to our educational principles.
Build partnerships and ensure funding:Apply an entrepreneurial mindset to develop and manage collaborations with public institutions universities and other partners. You actively contribute to the financial sustainability of our programs through funding management budgeting and reporting.
Your profile
You are experienced in applying entrepreneurship and leadership methods or agile tools such as Design Thinking Lean Startup Business Design Responsible Entrepreneurship Storytelling Transformative Leadership and Inner Development Goals.
You bring at least 2 years of professional experience in designing and delivering learning experiences in person virtually and in blended learning environments.
You bring energy creativity and a passion for inspiring others to take action.
You think and act entrepreneurially with a proactive solutionoriented mindset.
You have a very good command of both German and English with strong communication skills.
