We are seeking a Leadership Development Associate to support the planning and execution of programs aimed at developing high-potential talent within our client organizations. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about professional growth organizational behavior and strategic leadership initiatives. You will work closely with senior consultants and clients to design deliver and evaluate leadership programs that create long-lasting results.
Responsibilities
Assist in the design and implementation of leadership training programs and workshops
Conduct assessments and analyze data to identify leadership development needs
Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to align program goals
Track participant progress and provide feedback and reports
Stay current on leadership trends tools and best practices
Support project management for multiple development initiatives simultaneously
Help facilitate in-person and virtual sessions as needed
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Human Resources Psychology or related field
1-3 years of experience in leadership development training or consulting
Strong communication and presentation skills
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with learning platforms is a plus
Passion for leadership coaching and professional development
