We are seeking a motivated Leadership Development Associate to join our team in Akron OH. This position plays a vital role in supporting the design and delivery of leadership training programs coaching initiatives and development projects. You will work closely with senior consultants to identify growth opportunities for clients and help implement strategic leadership solutions.
Responsibilities
Assist in designing and facilitating leadership training and development programs
Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure leadership effectiveness
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand leadership needs and goals
Research and analyze trends in leadership and organizational development
Support workshops coaching sessions and seminars
Prepare training materials presentations and progress reports
Help track participant progress and program outcomes
Maintain program documentation and client communication
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Organizational Psychology Business or related field
1-3 years of experience in training HR coaching or leadership development (internships acceptable)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Passion for leadership coaching and professional growth
