Job Description
Are you an experienced IT professional looking to take the next step in your career LYNX is searching for an IT Administrator to support and improve our internal ICT infrastructure. What Youll Do:
Administer support and continuously improve our hybrid identity environment (Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID)
Manage and support Microsoft 365 collaboration services including Exchange SharePoint and Teams
Implement and manage Microsoft Security solutions such as Defender and Purview
Administer and maintain our virtualized server environment (MS Windows)
Support our branch networks (FortiGate HPE Aruba Unifi)
Configure and maintain backup solutions (Veeam) and disaster recovery procedures
Continuously improve internal processes and document IT environments with high standards
Optimize and automate ICT processes introducing new solutions where applicable
Provide 3rd level desktop support (remote and onsite) provisioning and maintaining client systems
What Were Looking For:
At least 5 years of experience administrating and supporting Microsoftbased client/server infrastructures
Strong expertise with Microsoft Active Directory Entra ID and Microsoft 365 services
Solid understanding of network infrastructure: firewalls switches VLANs VPNs WiFi
Independent structured and analytical working style
Excellent English communication skills
Nicetohaves:
Experience with VoIP (SIP RTP WebRTC)
Certifications like MCSE
Familiarity with Linux servers and macOS
Understanding of IT security standards and best practices
ITIL v4 Foundation Certification
