Job Description
- Permanent Full Time role based in Mosman Park
- Salary Range: $67 168 $70206 Salary Packaging (providing tax benefits of up to $18550 and 17.5 Leave Loading (payable on annual leave)
- Working from home options upon passing of 3 month probation
Key responsibilities:
- Managing high volume of debtors ledger both corporate and noncorporate.
- Communicating with customers regarding outstanding accounts including resolving disputes.
- Monitoring accounts receivable balances and followup overdue invoices with clients and ensure prompt resolution of customer queries.
- Ensuring comments are updated in the debtor system to reflect actions arising from client recovery efforts.
- Building strong relationships with clients and their families through regular phone calls and or face to face meetings.
- Monthly reporting of accounts receivable metrics and coordinate/lead meetings with operational staff to discuss/resolve issues.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have:
- Minimum three years experience in accounts receivable and credit control preferably with a noncorporate customer base.
- Experience using medium sized ERP systems.
- Experience using Salesforce Lumary & GreenTree desirable.
