Where does this role fit in
Youll join our friendly and supportive Health & Safety team reporting to the CDM Business Partner and working alongside another CDM Officer. Youll both cover different areas of the organisation supporting a range of internal teams including Property Development Compliance and Trades. This role supports the delivery of our obligations under the CDM Regulations 2015 and the Building Safety Act 2022 helping ensure health safety and compliance are at the heart of everything we do.
Your role is all about helping colleagues and contractors follow the right steps when it comes to construction safety from pre-construction planning and paperwork through to onsite checks and clear communication.
