PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
We re looking for a professional and friendly Virtual Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people excels in customer service and is detailoriented in administrative tasks. You will be handling inbound calls
managing general inquiries and performing data entry to keep our systems updated and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate departments.
- Handle customer service inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and care.
- Perform accurate data entry into internal systems and databases.
- Schedule appointments meetings and followups as needed.
- Maintain client information with confidentiality and integrity
- Provide general administrative support as required.
Requirements
Skills and Experience Required:
- Requires At least 2 years Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role (With remote experience preferred)
- CSR/CSO with minimum 2years B2B B2C AUSTRALIAN Outsourcing Customer support experience are encouraged to apply!
- B2C1 Language proficiency (written and spoken english) is recommended.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote setup.
