Procurement Executive is responsible for managing the procurement activities of an organization ensuring costeffectiveness quality and timely delivery of goods and services. This includes sourcing negotiating contracts managing relationships with suppliers and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Supplier Management:
Identify evaluate and select suppliers negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to ensure optimal pricing quality and delivery timelines.
Contract Management:
Oversee the entire procurement process from initial request for proposal (RFP) to final delivery ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions.
Budget Management:
Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases and monitor expenses against approved budgets.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that products and services meet the required quality standards.
Inventory Management:
Maintain and update inventory levels and track and record orders.
Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Process Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements to optimize procurement operations and reduce costs.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to procurement policies and regulations and maintain records of purchases pricing and other important data.
Risk Management:
Identify and assess potential risks associated with procurement activities and develop mitigation strategies.
Data Analysis:
Analyze market trends competitor pricing and other relevant data to inform procurement decisions.

Education and Experience:
