EO Solutions is an innovative aerospace defense contractor specializing in advanced solutions for directed energy and space domain awareness. As we continue to grow we are seeking a Procurement Specialistto support our expanding operations. This position will play a key role in procurement supplier management and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures to optimize our supply chain operations.
Position Overview
The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for procurement and subcontracting support supplier negotiations risk evaluation and data analysis to improve operational efficiency. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with experience in supply chain management compliance with government contracting regulations and supplier performance management. Additionally this position will contribute to supply chain analytics and process improvements to drive efficiency and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Support procurement and subcontracting efforts across multiple programs.
- Assist in negotiating pricing terms and conditions with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Work with internal teams to ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk evaluations and support procurement strategy development.
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure on-time delivery performance tracking and source selection.
- Utilize data analysis to track supply chain performance and improve efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in Procurement Subcontracts or Supply Chain for government prime contracts.
- 3 years of experience working with FAR/DFAR compliance OTAs and procurement policies.
- Experience in negotiating pricing terms and supplier agreements.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of experience working directly with suppliers and supplier management.
- 3 years of experience managing supplier quality and delivery performance.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Experience using Unanet and AIM (Formally Flow Trac)
Additional Requirements
- This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements therefore a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required.
