Parkside Tavern is on the hunt for a seasoned foodandbeveragefocused Venue Manager to lead our freshly renovated highvolume venue! Were known for our friendly service great food and cold beersbut were ready to raise the bar. We want a handson leader who can drive standards energise the team and keep the good vibes rolling.
As Venue Manager youll oversee the daily operations of our bustling highvolume venue. Your leadership will shape a dynamic team drive service excellence and ensure smooth operations across all areas.

Essential requirements:
- 3 years of Venue Management experience
- Proven experience managing highvolume F&B
- Understanding and ability to learn venue reporting and systems
- P&L understanding and ability to deep dive into financials
- Experience in a highturnover customer service environment
- Demonstrated experience in business development and strategic hospitality management
- Have a market awareness and trend analysis relevant to food and beverage in the area & industry
- Be able to implement and execute promotions throughout the business successfully
- Statebased qualifications RP Badge
