You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Renewable Energy business unit is looking for a Sales Process Specialist for our Office in Madrid. Our team is focused in providing safety Testing Certification and Compliance attributes for ULs customers in those main areas: Grid Code Compliance on Product and Systems Renewable EnergyProducts (E.g.: Solar Inverters Electrical Vehicle Chargers Battery Energy Storage Systems Solar Trackers).
This opportunity may be perfect for someone who wants to join the technical sales world: you will have the possibility to speak with different types of clients look at products from certification perspective working with new and various products before they hit the will work in an international environment with strong team spirit.
Engages with customers via telephone or electronic inquiries to address inquiries and adminrelated activities
Coordinates pre and postsale actions to ensure customers are meeting certification requirements and product or service adoption timelines
Works autonomously within established procedures to develop and share quotes using standardized pricing tools
Client followup and aid in turning quotes into orders. Process quotes into Orders using ERP
Connects customer to appropriate UL personnel (Account Manager SEs/ISEs delivery teams and engineers etc. when appropriate
Track account history and supply data from internal sources as requested by account owners and representatives to facilitate deeper knowledge of account and account opportunities
Collaborates with internal resources to resolve customer inquiries and ensure that the customer receives the proper message to ensure complete understanding and results requested
Based on the relationship and deep understanding of the customer and needs provides input to account manager or SE/ISE to inform sales strategy where applicable
Meet established timelines for preand postsales activities.
Technical Educational Background (High School or Bachelors Degree)
Fluent in English and Spanish and other language will be considered as a plus
Proficient in MS Office (Word PowerPoint Excel Outlook) and CRM software
Business acumen and a sufficient understanding of business sales processes
Sufficient understanding of core UL products / services for aligned industry to effectively generate quotes
Strong communication and administrative skills
