Provide functional support to end-users for BOM Change and Document Management processes.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving user issues across Dev QA and Prod environments.
Support Engineering Change workflows (ECR ECO ECN) and BOM structuring activities.
Guide users on best practices for document versioning approvals and lifecycle management.
Participate in testing validation and UAT of configurations and workflows.
Create user guides training materials and conduct training sessions.
Collaborate with admin and development teams for enhancements and issue resolution.
Maintain support documentation logs and suggest process improvements.
