Job Description
The Outlet team consists of three core functions: 1 Tech & Product 2 Marketing & CRM and 3 Business Development & Supply Side. We are a young and international team who work together in a modern office in the heart of Hamburgs city center. As a CRM Manager (m/f/d) you will be part of the Marketing team working closely with our CRM software Braze to create value for our users and the OUTLET business through datadriven and automated campaigns. Youll have access to various channels such as email push notifications content cards and work you do will have an immediate impact on the success of the ABOUT YOU Outlet. This role offers you the opportunity to experience firsthand the fastpaced environment of fashion ecommerce and tech in an international team.
Responsibilities
- Develop CRM strategies for different countries and channels to sustainably increase Customer Lifetime Value
- Implement automated and scalable multichannel campaigns
- Define requirements for our developers when integrating new data sources and use cases
- Measure and optimize the success of your CRM activities e.g. through A/B testing and structured reporting
- Leading your own CRM projects independently
Requirements
- Analytical mindset high degree of independence and enthusiasm for automation & technical solutions
- A structured and detailed oriented approach to work
- At least one to two years of professional experience in CRM product management or ecommerce. Braze specific experience is a very strong plus
- Experience in a global high volume environment handling multichannel communication for multiple countries and languages.
- Knowledge of HTML or CSS is a plus but not a must
- Fluency in German and English both spoken and written
