Technical Support Engineer (Contractor)
Hourly pay rateAvailable: medical dental vision 401k HSA
23 days onsite in Parma Ohio
23 days remote from home

Position
Tier 2 contact for resolving technical issues for endusers
Ask listen resolve document the details escalate if needed
Assist customers with account setup and application installations
Manage tickets and work with internal / external teams for solutions
Required
Tier 2 Support
Google Workspace administration
Microsoft Active Directory administration
Windows Desktop OS and Chrome OS
Hardware and software troubleshooting
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to quickly assess and troubleshoot issues
Good communicator via phone video calls chat and email
Experience working in a remote team environment
Empathy during customer communication
Experience in a customer facing role
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Preferred
LMS System support
HDI or ITIL certification or experience
Enterprise service desk best practices
