What Youll Be Doing
You will report to the Senior Director Credit Adjudication and will be tasked to provide effective leadership innovative products competitive rates and unique programs for the brand and sales channels supported in a prompt and reliable manner. Through effective leadership you will direct all aspects of performance for the Regional Approval Center team comprising of approximately 2080 employees depending on the brand and sales channels supported. The originations team is responsible for all aspects of manual underwriting and related support for the lending products under the responsibility of CIBC Mortgages and Lending including; discharges title transfers ETO and increase/blends.
At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. Youll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where youll spend 13 days per week onsite while other days will be remote.
