Job Description

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in general maintenance and repairs with a strong background in HVAC systems. Bilingual candidates are preferred for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on property equipment facilities and systems.

Troubleshoot and service HVAC systems to ensure proper operation.

Complete work orders and preventative maintenance tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

Ensure all equipment and facilities are maintained according to safety and operational standards.

Communicate effectively with team members management and residents as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.

HVAC experience is required; certification is a plus.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
