Our expanding Rural Healthcare Clinic in Crescent City CA is seeking a Dental Director to join our dedicated mission-driven team. - Providing direct patient care including hygiene services in the initial phase
- Overseeing and mentoring staff dentists
- Conducting quarterly chart audits to ensure quality and compliance
- Collaborating with clinic leadership to shape and expand dental services

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $225000 $300000 per year
- Incentive bonus based on patient volume
- Relocation reimbursement up to $9000

Preferred Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited program
- Active California Dental License
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience preferred
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Prior experience working with Medi-Cal patients
- Credentialed with Medi-Cal or eligible for credentialing
- Passion for serving under served and rural communities
