Your work schedule will be Monday to Friday 8:15 a.m. 5:15 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST) onsite and inperson at the Oregon City ODHS branch office.

About Oregon Eligibility Partnership (OEP) is a program within ODHS that determines eligibility for people living in Oregon who apply for medical food cash and childcare benefits through the ONE eligibility plays a critical part of the eligibility process that moves beyond integration and equality to focus on equity of services and providing timely accurate and necessary eligibility determinations through a personcentered approach.

Providing a safety net family stability and a connection to careers that guide Oregonians out of poverty. The primary focus of (OEP Oregon Eligibility Partnership Program) is helping and working with Oregonians and they can now apply and have access to lifechanging programs such as food benefits (SNAP) cash for families (TANF) childcare assistance (ERDC) medical refugee services and domestic violence services and longterm care services inperson by phone and via our online applicant portal to answer case status and other inquiries; provide information on how to access community resources. This position may also provide support the daytoday functions through distribution of mail case transfers.

Summary of Duties

As an Operations Support you will:

In this position you will aid individuals and families seeking services by phone or email providing specialized assistance on behalf of program staff assist to guide customers through the rules policies procedures and programs and provide support to management and staff related to the organizations business operations. Duties include but not limited to:

Minimum Qualifications

Essential Attributes

We are looking for candidates with:

Keyboarding: Proficient in typing with a speed of 30 WPM.

Managing high volume of work: Experience completing tasks duties projects and obligations with deadlines that produce highquality results.

Accuracy and Attention to detail: Experience ensuring you have a complete understanding of the task youre working on.

Customer Focus: Experience interacting with a high volume of diverse customers communicating benefits or services that exceeds the customers expectations.

Communication: Experience with communication/listening skills in order to interpret and develop the ideas/needs of participants and visualize the best approach to achieve the desired outcome.

Diversity: Experience showing an understanding of how diversity positively impacts a team and/or the community served.

Office Technology: Proficient with multiple computer systems and programs to pride case data to clients and demonstratable experience in MS applications including Outlook and Microsoft Teams.

Critical Decisions: Experience making critical decisions using creative solutions and resolve problems using independent judgement.

TeamOriented: Experience being able to work well and thrive in a team environment.

Openness and Receptivity: Showing a willingness to hear feedback even if its negative and demonstrating a genuine interest in understanding the other persons perspective.
