Job Description
Job Title: Desktop support specialist
Location: Albany NY onsite (Primarily onsite with conditional or ad-hoc telecommuting allowed subject to travel needs and supervisor approval.)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Qualification:
- Proficient in installing and troubleshooting PCs and printers in various environments
- Skilled in deploying and maintaining physical and virtual servers
- Experience setting up and resolving issues with VoIP phone systems
- Adept at installing and troubleshooting data communications hardware and equipment
- Conducted technical site surveys to assess infrastructure needs and deployment requirements
- Hands-on experience in structured data cabling installation testing and fault resolution
- Managed inventory control processes including tracking documentation and reconciliation
- Provided comprehensive desktop support including software installation configuration and end-user assistance
