Job Description
Start in Joliet IL; relocate to Matteson IL by late August
Full-time Salary: $60000 $70000/year
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations of inventory for a major battery manufacturer. This role is responsible for managing inventory ensuring safety compliance supervising staff and maintaining efficient warehouse practices. You will play a key role in fostering a positive team culture and driving operational excellence.
This position will be based in Joliet IL initially and will transition to Matteson IL by the end of August.
Key Responsibilities-
Ensure a safe and clean warehouse environment in compliance with state and federal regulations

Follow and enforce customer-specific warehouse operations policies and procedures

Conduct regular employee training to support safety and stable operations
-
Oversee warehouse asset management including equipment purchasing and maintenance

Hold regular team meetings and monitor employee performance
-
Support continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives

Bachelors degree in a related field (preferred)

3 5 years of experience in warehousing or logistics
-
3 years of supervisory experience (preferred)

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook)

English and Korean bilingual preferred.
