What Youll Do:
Champion the guest experience and lead by example in delivering Carolina Hospitality
Hire coach and mentor a highperforming front and backofhouse management team
Drive financial performance by managing sales costs and operational efficiencies
Ensure all safety legal and operational standards are met and exceeded
Lead with an ownership mentality making decisions with purpose pride and care
Implement local and national marketing strategies to increase restaurant visibility and traffic
Foster meaningful relationships with staff guests and the greater Raleigh community
