About the team

The Roku Ad Marketing team is responsible for accelerating new revenue potential advancing Rokus advertising brand positioning and providing insights and inspiration that helps all businesses maximize their potential in TV streaming. Our team of marketers strategists and designers deliver client strategies research and insights new product innovations events and experiences and more that deliver on Rokus purpose to make TV better for everyone.

About the role

Roku Advertising is looking for a Sr. Manager of Demand Marketing to help grow Rokus reach awareness consideration and conversion among the people who influence and make marketing or advertising decisions.

This person will build and develop an organization driving the strategy planning and measurement of Roku Advertisings campaigns and content marketing operations and marketing analytics. This a highly crossfunctional and visible role and leading a team of marketers analysts and technologists. The successful candidate will be a leader on the ad growth marketing team and will interface with colleagues in brand marketing client marketing corporate marketing comms events and more. Theyll also engage regularly with Roku Advertising leadership.

For New York Only The estimated annual salary for this position is between $200000 $220000 annually.

Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set certifications and specific geographical location.

What youll be doing

  • Oversee the planning development and measurement of demand generation programs to increase Roku Advertising reach awareness consideration and conversion.
  • Build excellent senior leadership relationships across Client Marketing Product Marketing Salesforce Product Legal Comms and more.
  • Build and develop an allstar organization across campaigns and content digital marketing and operations and analytics. Foster experimentation learning and finding ideas that move the needle.
  • Be both a strong creative driver and operational leader building Roku Advertisings creative canvas while delivering outputs on time that drive business outcomes. Ensure consistent highquality output and brand voice across formats.
  • Develop and ensure strategies are in place to grow Roku Advertisings owned channels including social web email and the Roku Advertising streaming channel.
  • Responsible for budgeting and budget allocation across campaigns tools agencies and contractors.
  • Be a vocal leader in whats working and whats not across our campaign and digital initiatives.
  • Own our MarTech stack and be an advocate for Marketing as a stakeholder in corporate tools like Salesforce development and integrating product and lifecycle marketing triggers.
  • Represent a team thats charged with growing the Roku Advertising business. Speak in financial impact own pipeline metrics providing regular reporting and insights to executive leadership and show marketings impact on revenue goals and forecasts.
  • Champion the Roku voice including storytelling tone of voice messaging and positioning globally for the ad business

Were excited if you have

  • 12 years of relevant demand marketing and organizational leadership experience.
  • Prior experience owning inhouse B2B demand marketing strategy
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools CRM tools paid media channels and data analytics
  • Strong editorialand communication (written and verbal) skills. Outstanding communicator both verbal and in writing who is capable of distilling complex ideas into clear compelling strategy.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines navigate competing priorities and effectively adjust work plans to respond to emerging challenges or opportunities.
  • Obsessive about deadlines who wont hesitate to remind collaborators about every program milestone.
  • Familiarity with TV streaming (sometimes referred to as CTV or OTT) a plus but not required.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Biased toward action.
  • Selfmotivated and detail oriented.
