Join us in shaping the future of drug development through innovative quantitative systems pharmacology (QSP) and advanced data analytics. As a Senior Manager of QSP & Data Analytics youll be at the forefront of applying mechanistic modeling to bridge preclinical insights and clinical outcomes. Youll develop and implement QSP models that integrate disease biology drug mechanism of action and patient variability to guide critical drug development decisions. The role provides quantitative support across the development spectrum from translational strategies and early clinical development to product registration. You will also leverage modern data analytics and AI/ML approaches to extract insights from diverse biological and clinical data sources. Working with crossfunctional teams you will transform complex biological systems into mathematical frameworks to advance lifechanging medicines.The Opportunity to Make a Difference
- Drive therapeutic program success by designing and developing mechanistic QSP models that reveal crucial insights about disease biology and drugsystem interactions across therapeutic areas
- Shape critical development decisions by applying QSP approaches to tackle challenging questions about dose selection study design and patient population targeting
- Transform our understanding of drug behavior by integrating preclinical and clinical data through innovative modelbased analyses that bridge the translational gap
- Build confidence in modelbased approaches by preparing clear scientifically rigorous regulatory documentation and responses to health authority questions
- Enhance our modeling capabilities by implementing cuttingedge data analytics AI/ML solutions that complement and strengthen QSP strategies
- Accelerate analysis workflows through development of automated tools and intuitive visualizations that communicate model insights effectively
- Champion quantitative approaches by representing modeling analyses in crossfunctional teams and translating technical results into actionable insights
- Advance the field of QSP by contributing to scientific publications and presenting at key conferences
More about You
- PhD in bioengineering chemical engineering biophysics computational biology mathematics pharmacometrics pharmaceutical sciences or related disciplines that combine biological systems mathematical modeling and computational methods. 2 years of experience working at the interface of quantitative sciences and drug development
- Strong background in QSP modeling with demonstrated ability to translate mechanistic understanding of biological systems into mathematical frameworks complemented by experience in data analytics and pharmacometrics approaches
- Familiarity with modern data analytics and AI/ML approaches to support model development and data analysis is a plus
- Strong programming experience in at least one language (Python MATLAB R C C etc. including proficiency with numerical computation data analysis modeling and visualization libraries (e.g. NumPy SciPy Pandas dplyr ggplot SimBiology)
- Experience with pharmacometrics software (e.g. NONMEM Monolix) is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in crossfunctional teams
