What You ll Be Doing

Be part of our client s team as a Leasing Manager and drive the of leasing strategies across a diverse property portfolio. You ll manage negotiations build relationships and optimize occupancy all while working closely with global stakeholders in a fastpaced resultsdriven environment.

The Role at a Glance
Employment Type: Fulltime
Shift: Monday Friday 8:00 PM 5:00 AM
Salary: PHP 80000 to PHP 100000
Work Setup: Hybrid Makati; (Monday and Friday Work from home setup)

What You ll Take Ownership Of
  • Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy rental income and asset value across the property portfolio
  • Manage all aspects of lease transactions including prospecting marketing tenant screening site tours negotiating and executing lease agreements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing tenants real estate brokers and industry partners
  • Collaborate with property management finance and legal teams to align leases with property goals and corporate policies
  • Monitor and analyze market trends rental rates and competitive properties to guide pricing and positioning strategies
  • Prepare leasing reports forecasts and performance metrics for senior management
  • Coordinate tenant onboarding lease renewals and endoflease transitions to ensure a smooth and professional experience
  • Oversee lease administration including reviewing lease clauses tracking key dates and maintaining accurate lease documentation
  • Support marketing efforts through signage promotions and events to boost property visibility and attract highquality tenants
  • Provide input on capital improvement planning tenant mix optimization and space design to improve marketability

Requirements

What You ll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Real Estate Marketing or a related field (REIC or other industry designations is an asset)
  • Minimum of 5 years of leasing experience in commercial residential or mixeduse property management
  • Strong knowledge of leasing processes real estate contracts and negotiation techniques
  • Familiarity with real estate laws zoning regulations and lease documentation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a clientcentric approach
  • Proven ability to close deals and maintain high tenant retention rates
  • Proficiency in leasing/CRM platforms and MS Office (Yardi or similar systems preferred)
  • Selfmotivated highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
  • Valid driver s license and willingness to travel between sites as needed
