We are looking for a Frenchspeaking Technical Support Agent to join our international support team in Lisbon. In this role youll provide expert assistance to Frenchspeaking users by troubleshooting technical issues and guiding them through product features and solutions.
Whether youre onsite or working in a hybrid setup your goal will be to deliver exceptional customer support and help users get the most out of our technology.
Respond to inbound inquiries via phone email and chat in French
Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and professionally
Guide customers through product setup features and problemsolving steps
Log and track support cases in the CRM system accurately
Escalate complex technical problems to secondlevel support when needed
Stay up to date with product knowledge troubleshooting processes and updates
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and adhere to SLAs
Collaborate with team members and share knowledge to enhance service delivery
Fluent in French (C2 level) both spoken and written
Good command of English (B2 level or higher)
Previous experience in a technical support help desk or customer service role
Strong problemsolving and analytical thinking skills
Basic technical understanding of software hardware or webbased platforms
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to nontechnical users
Familiarity with support tools and ticketing systems (e.g. Zendesk Freshdesk Jira)
Valid EU work permit or authorization to work in Portugal
