Job Description
We are looking for proactive dynamic and energetic people with a customer and sales focus for our Contact Center in Finestrat.
The main responsibilities are:
- Personalized customer service information and reservation management for national and international clients.
- Advice and sales skills in car rentals.
Minimum requirements:
- Advanced level of Portuguese English and Spanish (another language will be a plus: Italian Greek German Russian or French). A placement test is required.
- Experience in customer service. Kindness patience empathy and flexibility are necessary skills for the position.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media.
