Job Description
A growing company is seeking a detailoriented AR/AP Manager to oversee accounts payable accounts receivable and minor bookkeeping tasks. This role includes managing financial processes for all orders and ensuring seamless coordination with inventory.
Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing and managing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
- Handling orderrelated financial processes and reconciliations.
- Managing minor bookkeeping tasks including payment tracking and expense recording.
- Collaborating with the inventory team to ensure accurate financial documentation.
- Reviewing invoices resolving discrepancies and maintaining financial records.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Previous experience in AR/AP management or bookkeeping.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
- Ability to manage tasks independently and ensure timely completion.
- Experience working with inventory is a plus.
Additional Information:
- Fulltime schedule: Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM.
- Hybrid work environment with onsite flexibility.
