Job Overview
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Application Support Engineer to join our dynamic Applications team at Birmingham City Council. As an Application Support Engineer youll be responsible for the upkeep and support of various software applications and systems. Youll work closely with our technical teams and endusers to guarantee the smooth running of our products and offer effective solutions to customer issues promptly.
The ideal candidate should be an attentive usercentric and selfdriven individual capable of providing functional and technical support and guidance to endusers and internal teams. They should also be able to collaborate and work systematically with other stakeholders to ensure optimal implementation performance and support of a variety of solutions in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
