Role: Head of Sales
Location: Utrecht

Key outcomes:
Get the current team succesful: Structure training processes playbooks etc.
Partnerships expanden
Outbound strategy
Improve average dealsize and conversion rate
Executive sponsor cosell deals with the team when needed (Willingness to be handson!
International expansion EOY

ADS: 30K ARR
Cycles: 36 months with strong outliers
Target/Quota: 450K ARR 15 deals per year for salesreps)

Currently at 4mio ARR growing 40 YoY targetting 10mio within 3 years.

Must haves:
7 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong on . Not too senior profiles (They like high potentials e.g. Ruben is also only 3540
Experience with similar dealsizes/velocity
Strong cultural add: Collaborative proactive and growthoriented personality quick on their feet intelligent (Just a top candidate not the 75ish rated ones)
Gogetter!
Demonstrated success in building and scaling sales teams in the range of 5M 10M ARR in highgrowth environments.

Salary range & secondary benefits: Up to 110K base incl. 50K commission Car allowance 12K) > Top range dont communicate with candidates.
