Collaborate with the founding team on setting the right strategic direction translating that into goals & steps and monitoring progress through the right KPIs
Scale ChoViva across the EU and revolutionize the chocolate industry.
Core Ingredients:
You have three years of B2B sales experience with a strong ability to navigate multiple complex sales processes including closing new prospects as well as growing existing customers
Youve previously led a sales team to achieve high growth sales targets
Youve developed your empathy ability to build teams and motivation to thrive in a dynamic environment with high responsibility over team development and company direction
Youre a great collaborator youve experienced the pitfalls of human communication and have developed different approaches for working with a variety of people and situations
Youre highly reliable and conscientious you take ownership and stay at it until the goal is reached
Youre fluent in German & English
Icing On The Cake:
Experience in Chocolate Industry Food Ingredient Supply for Chocolate Industry or Confectionary Industry is a big plus but combining great sales experience with fast learning about the industry can get you there too
