A Taste of What to Expect
  • Grow existing customer base and close new deals mostly through inbound leads

  • Lead and grow the European team (currently 4 FTE) develop individual contributors through inspiring leadership regular guidance and coaching

  • Ensure your team is working towards the same goal by defining and executing our European GTM strategy and processes

  • Develop and leverage your knowledge of the confectionary industry to align brands manufacturers and retailers to position ChoViva within their existing product portfolio

  • Lead by example lift people up by being handson and following through use your experience to elevate our sales knowledge and

  • Collaborate with the founding team on setting the right strategic direction translating that into goals & steps and monitoring progress through the right KPIs

  • Scale ChoViva across the EU and revolutionize the chocolate industry.

The Perfect Recipe of Skills & Experience

Core Ingredients:

  • You have three years of B2B sales experience with a strong ability to navigate multiple complex sales processes including closing new prospects as well as growing existing customers

  • Youve previously led a sales team to achieve high growth sales targets

  • Youve developed your empathy ability to build teams and motivation to thrive in a dynamic environment with high responsibility over team development and company direction

  • Youre a great collaborator youve experienced the pitfalls of human communication and have developed different approaches for working with a variety of people and situations

  • Youre highly reliable and conscientious you take ownership and stay at it until the goal is reached

  • Youre fluent in German & English

Icing On The Cake:

  • Experience in Chocolate Industry Food Ingredient Supply for Chocolate Industry or Confectionary Industry is a big plus but combining great sales experience with fast learning about the industry can get you there too
