*This position requires a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends.
Annual salary starting at $75000 plus bonus structure

Farmington Station is looking to add to our team of excellence seeking an experienced and self-motivated Director of Community Relations who will be responsible for all sales and outreach activities and results necessary to achieve and exceed the communitys sales and move-in goals continuously maximizing occupancy.
The Director of Community Relations develops meaningful relationships with residents families and community partners plans and conducts presentations showcasing our services and innovative programs ensures a smooth transition for new residents throughout the entire sales/move-in process.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales director who will position themselves and Farmington Station as a leader in the Assisted Living industry educating the greater community on the aging process and enabling families to find a supportive home environment that focuses on Resident Quality of Life.
