About The Opportunity
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the daily administrative tasks and ensuring efficient office operations
- Handling incoming communications and directing inquiries appropriately
- Maintaining records and filing systems for easy access and retrieval
- Assist with data entry invoicing and basic bookkeeping tasks
About You
The successful candidate will have
- Familiarity with ServiceM8 software for job bookings or other job management software
- Minimum 2 years experience in specifically in the trades industry
- Experience working in the electrical trades (is desired)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
