Key Responsibilities:
Aggregation of information from different departments for managing stuff.
Preparation Expense reports and Liquidation forms.
Coordinating taxi requests and business travel arrangements.
Prepare and format reports presentations and other documents as needed.
Maintain organized and accurate files and documentation. Coordination with the finance department for collecting organising and exchange of documents.
Schedule and organize department/personal meetings.
Internal administrative tasks.
Administrative support of the engagement projects.
Arranging and scheduling of crossterritory meetings.
Other adhoc tasks from Assurance departments staff.
Nonroutine requests.
Requirements:
Higher education.
English (both written and oral) at the level of UpperIntermediate and above.
Advanced PC user (Word Excel Google docs/sheet).
Good interpersonal skills.
Accurate responsible attentive to details.
The ability to be flexible to work in a tight deadline not to be afraid of trying and taking difficult challenges
