Job Summary:
The Revenue Operations Team is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide essential support in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience handling administrative responsibilities and will demonstrate strong multitasking and prioritization skills. This role is critical to ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the Revenue Operations team
- Open sort and distribute incoming mail in a timely and organized manner
- Answer incoming calls and provide phone coverage as needed
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance or escalate as appropriate
- Monitor and manage the departments general email inbox
- Perform light filing document archiving and recordkeeping
- Assist with organizing and maintaining office supplies and materials
- Support team members with additional administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous administrative or office support experience (preferably in a busy fast-paced environment)
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
