Job Description

Job Role: Sales Executive
Department: Corporate Travel
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 35 years

About the Role:
we are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Executive Corporate Travel to expand our client base and drive revenue growth. In this role you will identify business opportunities build strong relationships with corporate clients and promote our travel management solutions to optimize their travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Business Development:
  • Identify potential corporate clients and key decisionmakers.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new business opportunities.
  • Conduct cold calls meetings and networking to expand the client pipeline.

Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and nurture longterm relationships with corporate clients.
  • Understand client travel needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor offering insights on costeffective and efficient travel solutions.

Sales Presentations & Negotiations:
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Prepare customized proposals and negotiate contracts to achieve sales targets.
  • Close deals and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
  • Stay updated with industry trends competitor offerings and market dynamics.
  • Provide market insights to enhance product offerings and sales strategies.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:
  • Work closely with operations and account management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide client feedback to improve travel solutions and customer experience.

Requirements:
  • 35 years of sales experience preferably in corporate travel travel tech or hospitality.
  • Strong understanding of corporate travel solutions including travel policies and compliance.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Sales or a related field.
  • Experience within the corporate travel industry.
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
