Responsibilities
Source screen and engage candidates for healthcare roles (primarily RNs PSWs Technologists etc.
Manage full recruitment cycle: job posting interviews candidate management
Work closely with BeGlobals internal teams and employer partners
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Meet weekly/monthly placement targets
Requirements
1 years of recruitment experience (Healthcare focus in Canada/USA preferred)
Proven success in permanent placements
Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills
Selfmotivated targetdriven and independent
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
Familiarity with LMIA/PNP processes (an asset)
Compensation
This is a commissionbased role. Payment is based on successful permanent placements only. No base salary.
