HII is seeking skilled candidates to join United States Air Force Joint Mission Assurance Assessment (JMAA) teams in the Ft. Meade area. These teams perform Mission Assurance Assessment (MAA) missions integrating Mission Assurancerelated programs and activities into a comprehensive standardized risk management assessment that assesses probabilistic risk to assets systems and essential position is located in Ft. Meade MD

Essential Job Responsibilities
Team members support the three phases of Mission Assurance Assessments including the PreAssessment Phase (mission analysis and presite survey); the Assessment Phase (vulnerability/risk assessment); and the PostAssessment Phase (post analysis and reporting). Support to these phases is in accordance with DoD Instruction 3020.45 (Mission Assurance Construct) and CJCSI 3209.01A Mission Assurance Construct Implementation.
Designs and delivers programs to train all levels of personnel. Develops tests and visual aids conducts training classes and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities. Keeps abreast of training and development research: learning theory motivation theory and new materials methods and techniques. Develops inhouse programs and practices to identify developmental needs including preparing personnel for more responsible positions and increasing effectiveness in present assignments. May evaluate and/or oversee contractors or vendors to develop and/or administer training programs. May be responsible for development of elearning programs.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.
- Training Administrative Manager with writing and presentation abilities to manage MA training program
- TS/SCI securityclearance
