JOB DESCRIPTION
- Marketplace Management: Monitor and manage product listings on Shopee Lazada and other marketplaces. Optimize listings for better visibility and sales.
- Sales Growth: Execute strategies to boost revenue analyze sales data and adjust pricing and promotional tactics.
- Customer Success: Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly to ensure a positive experience and enhance loyalty.
- Inventory & Order Management: Manage inventory ensure product availability and ensure timely order fulfillment to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Media Creation: Create promotional visuals banners and videos using tools like Canva Photoshop Illustrator Premiere Pro and CapCut.

- Sales generated across marketplace
Requirements
- Excellent command of both verbal and written English
- Familiar with marketplace dashboard is a bonus (For executing campaigns & promotions)
- Familiar with marketing mechanics and promotions
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in managing product listings pricing and customer interactions.
- Fresh Graduate with are welcome to apply
