Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Email/Chat Support Specialist to join our growing team. As an Email/Chat Support Specialist you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service through email and chat platforms. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a vital role in maintaining positive relationships with them.

Pay: $31 - $34 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through email and chat platforms

- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding our products services and policies

- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate team members if necessary

- Stay updated on our products and services to ensure accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries

- Collaborate with other departments within the company to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times

- Monitor customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve our products and services

- Uphold CityGreen Services brand image and values in all interactions with customers


Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience preferably in a chat or email support role

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries efficiently and effectively

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment

- Passion for customer service and a positive can-do attitude

- Knowledge of sustainability and environmental practices is a plus
