Schedule:
- 20 hours per week
- Monday to Friday flexible between 9am to 5pm Two Rocks WA
- Client Timezone: AWST (Australian Western Standard Time)

Job Description
We re seeking a talented Social Media Specialist to join our growing team and take ownership of social media strategy and execution for our hospitality and tourism clients. This role offers the perfect blend of creative content creation strategic social media management and technical skills including graphic design and video editing. You ll be working in a collaborative environment alongside existing team members managing multiple client accounts and contributing to the agency s continued growth. This position offers variety creative freedom and the opportunity to showcase your expertise across multiple aspects of digital marketing while specializing in social media excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media accounts for exciting hospitality and tourism clients across multiple platforms
- Create engaging high-quality social media content that drives engagement and supports client objectives
- Design compelling graphics and visual content for social media posts and marketing campaigns
- Edit videos and photos for social media content client campaigns and marketing materialsImplement basic SEO strategies to enhance overall digital marketing effectiveness
- Collaborate with existing team members to provide comprehensive social media coverage
- Support content creation initiatives for both client projects and agency developmentHelp reduce current design backlogs by contributing design
- Expertise across client accounts
- Maintain brand consistency and quality standards across all social media activities
Requirements
- Specialist-level experience in social media management and strategy development
- Proven expertise in graphic design with proficiency in industry-standard design software
- Strong video and photo editing capabilities with preference for Lightroom and Photoshop experience
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and their application to social media
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and training requirementsExperience creating diverse content types for digital marketing campaigns
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful social media management and design work
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills for part-time schedule coordination
