Position Summary: Assist clients in securing fulltime or parttime employment that aligns with their goals. Work is integral to mental wellness and recovery.
Responsibilities:
- Assess client employment needs strengths and barriers to create tailored treatment plans
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses social services and state agencies
- Educate and support employers on client needs; help with job accommodations
- Accompany clients to interviews and appointments
- Assist with resumes applications and skillbuilding
- Develop interview skills and posthiring support
- Participate in afterhours oncall rotation
Qualifications/Experience:
EDUCATION AND LICENSURE:
Bachelors degree in Social Work Psychology or related field preferred. Relevant work experience may substitute for education.
EXPERIENCE: 6 months of communityrelated work experience required; experience with mental health issues preferred.
