Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy E-commerce Specialist to support our marketplace operations remotely. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Amazon eBay Walmart and other marketplaces along with strong skills in product listings content creation and catalog optimization. This role involves managing thousands of SKUs ensuring listings are up-to-date and high-performing and supporting sales forecasting to drive growth across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage product listings across Amazon Walmart eBay Target Wayfair and other marketplaces
Maintain and optimize a catalog of 3000 SKUs for accuracy and performance
Build and maintain 5 brand stores with enhanced content (A and Premium Content)
Support shipment planning via sales forecasting for FBA and WFS
Ensure all listings are optimized for search visibility and customer engagement
Utilize marketplace tools to analyze research and refine content and performance
Collaborate with e-commerce and leadership teams to improve workflows and results
Handle ad-hoc tasks to support day-to-day e-commerce operations
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a key role with 3rd-party seller-fulfilled accounts (Amazon eBay Walmart)
- Proficient in tools like ChannelAdvisor ChannelEngine Magento 2/Adobe Commerce Helium 10 SEMRush Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong written communication and organizational skills
- Solid understanding of product listing optimization and content strategy
- Self-motivated resourceful and comfortable working independently
- Available to work Monday Friday preferably 8 AM 5 PM EST
- Passion for e-commerce and an eye for detail
