How Youll Keep that Fire Alive:

• Youll create craft and edit stories and social content about our work and the people we support.
• Youll consult with program managers and stakeholders to support content development and help to find those diamondsintherough stories that can be polished and shone to perfection.
• Youll create and edit content in alignment with our brand voice tone approach and editorial guidelines.
• Youll snap photos create graphics and work with external stakeholders to advance communications initiatives in alignment with our organizations strategic plan.
• Youll support the creation and development of internal and external communications plans.
• Youll support organizationwide and programspecific communications projects and initiatives including print and digital assets.
• Youll measure and report on the success of your communications using cocreated Key Performance Indicators.

The Communications Team is an energetic group of creatives from varying backgrounds and experiences. They fundamentally believe in the work that e4c is doing to eliminate poverty in the City of Edmonton and work to inspire change in our communities. The team thrives in a busy environment and loves working together to tackle projects initiatives and celebrate the successes of the people we serve.
