The Infrastructure Planning Partnerships & Compliance team at the Region of Peel focuses on strategically planning and managing the Regions infrastructure to support sustainable growth and development. We collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that infrastructure projects are delivered efficiently and in compliance with regulations and standards. Our team plays a vital role in shaping the Regions infrastructure landscape to meet the needs of its residents and businesses while promoting environmental sustainability and resilience.
The role:
Reporting to the Program Manager youll leverage your expertise in hydraulic modeling for water and wastewater distribution systems to assess new development applications.
You will play a crucial role in the development of the Regional Water and Wastewater Program Master Plan conduct technical servicing analysis provide key business processes to support infrastructure planning administer assimilation and evaluation of technical data for new infrastructure and longterm strategic infrastructure planning; and support Project Managers in environmental assessments preliminary designs and unique studies carried out by the water and wastewater program planning group.

Work Mode & Job Location: In this role youll benefit from the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement that prioritizes meaningful inperson connection. A minimum of two days per week onsite is expected with additional inperson presence as operational needs evolve. This arrangement allows for a blend of in person and hybrid work that adapts to support both organizational priorities and employee flexibility and is subject to change over time. The home location for this role is 10 Peel Centre Drive Brampton but it may change based on operational needs.
