POSITION PURPOSE:
The MultiFamily Real Estate Revenue Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue management strategies to optimize rental income and occupancy rates across our portfolio of multifamily properties. This role requires a datadriven approach to pricing market analysis and performance monitoring to ensure the financial success of our properties.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop and execute revenue management strategies to maximize rental income and occupancy rates.
    • Conduct market analysis to identify trends competitive positioning and pricing opportunities.
    • Monitor and analyze property performance metrics including occupancy rental rates and revenue.
    • Collaborate with property management teams to implement pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
    • Utilize revenue management software and tools to forecast demand and adjust pricing accordingly.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on revenue performance and market conditions to senior management.
    • Stay informed about industry trends economic conditions and regulatory changes affecting the multifamily real estate market.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: (including certification licenses etc.

    • Bachelors degree or greater preferred
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue management and/or multifamily real estate sector.

    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in revenue management software and tools.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
    • Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills

Actual base salary considers several factors including but not limited to geography jobrelated knowledge experience and budget. The start of the salary range is typically associated with the minimum experience required. At CIM base pay is one part of the total compensation package. This role is eligible for bonus pay in addition to base salary. The anticipated base salary range for the position in Los Angeles CA is $80000 $110000.
