Job Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Executive for our Vadodara location. This is a fulltime juniorlevel position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will excel in driving business growth by building relationships and understanding market dynamics.

- Capability in market research to analyze trends identify new business opportunities and influence decisionmaking.
- Experience in account management to maintain existing client relationships and ensure satisfaction with our services.
- Exceptional negotiation skills to develop contracts and agreements that benefit all parties involved.
- Competence in using HubSpot for pipeline management and marketing automation to streamline business operations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Manpower Recruitment services within target markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends and inform strategic planning.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute digital campaigns that enhance brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Manage client accounts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through consistent communication.
- Negotiate contracts with new and existing clients optimizing terms that align with company goals and standards.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities client interactions and opportunities to ensure datadriven decisionmaking.
- Provide regular feedback to the management team on market conditions competitor activities and potential growth areas.
