We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative Intern who is passionate about wholeperson wholefamily mental health care to join our Sales team. This position reports to the SVP of Sales.
What Youll Do
- Engage with prospective accounts through inbound and outbound calls to identify sales opportunities and qualify leads to help build a pipeline.
- Partner closely with the sales team including senior directors strategic account managers sales managers and representatives to support regional sales objectives.
- Conduct targeted outreach to potential healthcare partners making compelling sales presentations via phone and video.
- Assist with sales territory coverage including occasional travel as needed.
- Analyze sales data generate reports and provide insights to support strategic decisionmaking.
- Build foundational sales skills and industry knowledge to prepare for future career growth.

What You Bring
Required:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree with junior or senior standing.
- Strong communication skillsclear professional and engaging.
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced entrepreneurial environment.
- Teamoriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and Outlook.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn in a dynamic setting.
Preferred:
- 3.5 GPA or higher.
- Previous experience in inside sales account management or customer service.
- Background in commissioned sales or competitive team activities.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to convey ideas effectively.
- Willingness to travel (up to 5 overnight for meetings).
The salary range for United States residents is $34000 to $54000 per year Bonus. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education work experience certifications etc. In addition to your salary Bend Health offers a comprehensive benefits package incentive and recognition programs equity and 401k contribution (all bAll enefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
